Villa Giulietta is located in the picturesque town of Vrbnik on the island of Krk, one of the most beautiful and charming historical towns on the Croatian coast. This modern villa offers luxurious comfort and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, making it the perfect retreat for up to six people. Situated on a 400 m² enclosed property, this contemporary accommodation combines elegance, comfort, and natural beauty.
The centerpiece of the outdoor area is a heated 24 m² swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 meters. From the pool, you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. Six comfortable sun loungers are available next to the pool, ideal for soaking up the sun. For al fresco dining, there is a fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and sink. A separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine, as well as a fitness room, are also available. A second covered terrace features a large dining table with six chairs – perfect for al fresco dinners and convivial evenings.
The villa's interior is equally impressive, boasting a spacious design. Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright, open-plan living area encompassing a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. The dining area features a table for six, while the living room invites you to relax with its large sofa. Also located on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate WC.
An elegant staircase leads to the upper floor, where two further spacious and comfortable bedrooms await. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, a television, a chest of drawers, and an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom opens onto a balcony offering spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring a carefree stay.
