Description
Those seeking a vacation away from mass tourism are in good hands here. Our cozy house Seli, the exterior of which was renovated in 2020 and 2023, is quietly located on a hill about 300 meters outside the typical Cretan village of Kamilari on a 1500 sqm plot. Up here, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the Ida Mountains, the fertile Messara Plain, the village of Kamilari, and the sea. Natural stone floors both indoors and outdoors and warm natural tones create a relaxing atmosphere.
House Seli includes a spacious living area, open to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Two bedrooms, each with a built-in double bed and comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep. A bathroom made of Cretan marble with a bathtub, shower, and toilet is available. The windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets. A Swedish stove and an electric heater are available for the cooler seasons.
Outside, you'll find a heated private swimming pool (prior reservation required, subject to a fee) set in a lush garden, as well as spacious terraces with several seating areas that can be adjusted depending on the position of the sun and wind direction. A brick outdoor grill is also available for cozy culinary hours. Private parking and an automatic external gate for closing the private property are available.
Bed linen and towels are changed after one week, and the house is briefly cleaned. Upon request, more intensive services (daily towel change, cleaning, etc.) can also be provided.
