Description
This charming natural stone villa is ideal for four guests in two bedrooms, but a sofa bed in the living room can also accommodate a fifth guest. If you need more space or are planning on bringing a sixth or seventh guest, the apartment below the terrace can be rented together with the third bedroom. However, when renting the apartment, the price for up to seven people will automatically be charged, regardless of the number of guests.
The middle floor of the villa features a spacious, bright, comfortable, yet cozy living room with an integrated, fully equipped, and modern kitchen, dining and living area with a TV, and an open fireplace for cozy hours in the cooler months on the ground floor. Large patio doors provide views and access to the outdoor area with terraces and pool. Two comfortable bedrooms with comfortable double beds and two bathrooms with showers are available. One bedroom is on the ground floor with a patio door to the pool area, and the second bedroom is on the upper floor with a large balcony connected to the lower floor via an internal staircase. The upper floor can also be reached via the external staircase from the pool.
The outdoor area offers partially shaded terraces and a private pool for relaxing hours around the house and in the garden. A large roof terrace and a brick barbecue are also available for guests of Villa Aralia. Private parking is provided.
The separate apartment (50 sqm) is located below the pool and sunbathing area and features a large living room with an integrated and fully equipped kitchenette. A double bedroom with a bathroom is also available here.
