Welcome to Villa Neastor on the west coast of Istria. This renovated traditional stone house is located in the small village of Radetići, just 20 km from Zelena Laguna beach and the towns of Poreč and Rovinj, two of the most attractive tourist destinations on the Istrian peninsula.
The spacious 260-square-meter interior is designed in a unique traditional style and offers complete comfort, making you feel right at home. Villa Neastor has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with balconies, one twin bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. The ground floor features the fourth bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed for two children (if needed), the third bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a large living room with a smart TV and fireplace.
The outdoor area is enormous. A private and fully fenced garden with lush greenery and plants is the perfect place to relax. A large private pool (55m²) is located in the center of the garden and invites you to take a refreshing dip. The villa is air-conditioned (3 of the 4 bedrooms). Free Wi-Fi is available. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Private parking is available in the courtyard.
