Holiday home in Remagen with barbecue
The entire holiday home and its rooms were renovated and furnished by June 2023. Accordingly, the furnishings are neither worn nor outdated, but attractively modern and in like-new condition. Naturally, new, high-quality mattresses were purchased to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.
On the top floor, there are three bedrooms:
- one with a double bed,
- one as a connecting room with a bunk bed and a guest sofa (which converts into a double bed),
- the third and largest bedroom contains a double bed and a guest sofa (which converts into a double bed).
There are two additional fold-out guest beds on wheels that can be positioned as desired.
On the upper floor, there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
On the living area below, the open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and three bar stools, the dining area with a table and at least eight seats (plus a high chair), and the living room flow seamlessly together. The kitchen and its furnishings are all new.
There is also an additional guest toilet on this floor.
On this floor is the exit to the rear terrace with a barbecue area and a six-person outdoor table. A beer garden set is also available for additional outdoor seating.
You can also dry your laundry in the covered area here.
You are welcome to use the in-house washing machine and dryer.
