The apartment is a self-contained unit in a spacious family home right on the water. A staircase in the hallway leads to the apartment on the upper floor. The upper floor also houses a fitness area with various equipment (e.g., treadmill, weights).
The apartment features a full bathroom with double vanity, toilet, shower, and bathtub. The large, bright bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed offers plenty of space and can also serve as a cozy relaxation area, perfect for reading.
The open-plan living and kitchen area is stylishly furnished and fully equipped, ensuring you have everything you need.
The highlight is the large loggia, furnished with garden furniture and offering a wonderful view of the Peene River. A second sofa bed (1.40 m wide) in the living area can be used for additional guests.
In the garden, you can enjoy a cozy fire pit with built-in garden furniture right by the water.
The wellness area is located on the ground floor of the house. Here you'll find the sauna, a plunge pool, a large swimming pool, and a chill-out area with lounge chairs and a panoramic view of the water.
Here you can truly unwind! This area is available to all guests of our house as well as the owner.
Free parking is available on site.
You don't need to bring bed linens and towels – we'll take care of everything.
We can provide a travel cot or highchair upon request.
