This charming semi-detached house, "Strandnah" (Close to the Beach), enjoys a prime location in the second row from the sea, directly on the south beach in Wyk on Föhr. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it offers ample space for five people. The ground floor features a large living room with a dining area and direct access to the south-facing terrace. Here you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine or beer as the sun sets. The generously equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which flows into the living room with a fireplace. During the colder months, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy and romantic atmosphere. Two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are located on the upper floor, while a third bedroom, also with its own bathroom, is on the ground floor. The beach promenade is just a few steps away, offering unobstructed views of the North Sea, the island of Amrum, and the Hallig islands.

Unfortunately, there will likely be construction work in the neighborhood until the end of 2024. Whether and which specific disruptions will actually occur during your holiday period is something we haven't yet been able to ascertain, as this depends on the progress of construction. Wyk is a lively little town in the southeast of the island of Föhr. The town offers its guests everything they need for a relaxing and varied holiday. Of course, even the youngest guests won't be left out and can take advantage of the many different activities available. In addition to a wave pool, the island also offers a mini-golf course, several playgrounds, and the seemingly endless beach right on your doorstep.

Golf enthusiasts will also be in their element, as Schleswig-Holstein's largest 27-hole golf course is within a 15-minute walk. The apartment is lovingly and well-maintained. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the basement. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee (10 euros per night).
