Villa Roza with a private pool in Vošteni is a spacious holiday villa just 17 km from Poreč, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests – an ideal choice for large groups of friends or families.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, and a shared bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom), each with its own bathroom. There is also a games room with table football on the first floor.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy the large garden and terrace with a 32 m² private pool, a covered terrace, and a barbecue area – a perfect retreat on hot summer days. Volleyball, badminton, and table tennis are available in the garden. Bicycles are provided for exploring the surrounding area.
