Located on the quiet outskirts of the city center of Conil de la Frontera, the villa guarantees maximum privacy and tranquility for an unforgettable vacation. It is a villa with a dreamlike outdoor area and radiates a rustic country house atmosphere.

The vacation home integrates rustic architectural details with a modern design, consists of a spacious and bright living-dining room with a cozy fireplace, an integrated and well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with 3 single beds each and 2 with 2 with double beds) as well as 3 bathrooms. The charming house can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include wifi, air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine and a TV.

The absolute highlight of the property, however, is the extensive outdoor area. In the spacious outdoor area of the property, you will find an outdoor swimming pool where you can relax and cool off in the sun. On warm afternoons, you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers on the lawn and cool off in the cool water of your private pool which is also fenced to ensure the safety of the children. On the large uncovered terrace you can spend hours relaxing with your loved ones. In addition, there is a beautiful covered dining area outside where you can dine together at the long table overlooking the garden. You will find a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals after a long day at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower.

The nearest supermarket is 800 m away, while the center of Conil de la Frontera, with its numerous stores, restaurants, cafes and bars, is less than 5 minutes drive from your front door.
After about 15 minutes walk, you will find a selection of stunning beaches along the sandy coastline, including Playa Fuente del Gallo, Mirador Playa Conil and Playa de Roque. Parking spaces are available at the property.
Pets are allowed (on request).
The property requires a refundable security deposit of €200, which will be paid upon arrival and returned one day after departure by bank transfer, once the condition of the accommodation has been verified.

House policy

*Additional people to those included in the reservation are not allowed in the property (in case of additional person an extra supplement will be paid). No parties or events of any kind are allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation.

Please note that the property must be clean and tidy at the time of departure, especially with regard to dishes (which must be washed and put in place) and garbage (which must be taken out). If this is not the case, there will be an additional cleaning charge.
Children under 5 years old can be accommodated free of charge with existing beds.
No parties, no loud music during sleeping hours.
