The village of Ika, with a shop and a restaurant, is approximately 800 meters away. Opatija is 3 km away, and the beautiful beach in Medveja is 5 km away. Larger shopping centers can be found in Rijeka, about 15 km away. Villa Sole Opatija, accommodating 12 people, consists of two separate units. The larger unit has a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom on the ground floor, as well as four bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and have balconies. The smaller unit, with a separate entrance, includes a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a playroom for young children. Table tennis, table football, and darts are also available.
Villa Sole Opatija, accommodating 12 people, consists of two separate units. Two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) and kayaks for three people are available free of charge.
The accommodation can only be rented as a single unit.
