Description
"Eilsumer Fuhrmannshaus" Ground floor
The Eilsum Coachman's House is a listed building dating from the 16th century, located in the historic terp village of Eilsum, very close to the famous shrimp fishing village of Greetsiel.
With the assistance of the heritage preservation office and an experienced architect, the exterior of the house was historically restored, and the interior was completely gutted and remodeled in 2011/2012.
This resulted in two self-contained and separately accessible holiday apartments. The ground-floor apartment is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to five people (four adults plus one child's bed).
The total living/usable area is approximately 255 square meters. The small property includes a covered terrace, a barbecue, and a paved patio.
