The security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit is higher for New Year's Eve.

One dog can be booked for an additional fee. Additional dogs are available upon request.

Electricity (EUR 0.55 per kWh), gas (EUR 1.35 per cubic meter), and water (EUR 6.50 per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices subject to change) and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Towels and bed linen can be ordered from our property manager (for a fee).
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
