This renovated three-room apartment on the first floor, with its enormous private rooftop terrace (90 m²) accessible via a spiral staircase in the living area, is situated in a quiet pine grove in Marina di Grosseto, Tuscany. The sea and beaches, as well as the town center, are approximately 400 meters away and easily reachable on foot. The entrance door leads directly into the living area with a kitchen and dining area, which is designed for four people. Beyond this is the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower and washing machine. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other is furnished with two single beds. A spiral staircase leads to the fantastic furnished private rooftop terrace. Here, guests will find various "zones" for sunbathing, relaxing, dining, and barbecuing, complete with parasols and sunshades. Privacy is guaranteed as the terrace is completely secluded. You can park your car directly in front of the house on the street, where there is plenty of space. This holiday apartment is ideal for four people, such as a family with two children, even older ones. Guests have exclusive access to all rooms and the rooftop terrace. Throughout your stay, the MaremmaLink team is available to assist you with any issues and provide information on beaches, restaurants, shows, events, attractions, activities, and more.
