The property is wheelchair accessible, with step-free access throughout.
The ground floor features a spacious living room with sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, a large dining room with fireplace and terrace access, a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms (5 doubles and 1 single), each with a private en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning, and flexible double or twin-bed arrangements.
A separate stone annex provides an additional bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette, specially designed to comfortably accommodate guests with reduced mobility.
Outside, guests can relax in the villa’s beautifully maintained gardens or enjoy the spectacular 10 x 20 m private swimming pool, complete with a spacious sun terrace, loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower (open May 1–September 30).
The beaches of Puntone, Follonica, and Cala Violina are just a short drive away, while over 80 km of scenic trails surrounding the estate are perfect for hiking and mountain biking through the Tuscan countryside.
