Perfect for a holiday with your four-legged friend - Enclosed outdoor area just for you!!!
The house is located approximately 1.5 km from the North Sea beach in Norddeich on a roughly 6,000 m² fenced property. Each apartment ideally has its own fenced and lockable outdoor area.
The entire area is exclusively for the use of guests of these two apartments and is only visible to them.
Both apartments have their own terrace and a partially covered outdoor area.
This outdoor area is furnished with garden furniture and a parasol so you can enjoy the southwest-facing aspect all day long.
Thanks to the separate entrances, accidental encounters with other dogs are virtually impossible - unless you wish for them to be.
The "Friesenanker oben" apartment has two separate bedrooms and a fully equipped separate kitchen with a dining area. The apartment features a modern bathroom with a toilet. A spacious hallway and a comfortable living room with an additional dining area for shared evenings are also included. From the living room, you can access the furnished loggia, which, like the terrace in the outdoor area, is for your exclusive use.
Shopping facilities are conveniently located just 500 meters away. From electronics stores and discount supermarkets to butchers, everything you need is within easy reach.
