Our villa features a spacious living room with four comfortable leather sofas arranged around the fireplace. The open-plan kitchen boasts marble countertops, a large refrigerator, and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The dining table offers ample space for all guests.
From the living room, you can access the 60 m² terrace, furnished with a spacious corner lounge, an outdoor table, and hammocks.
On the same floor, you'll find three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, a large smart TV with game consoles and DVDs awaits you. There's also a pool table and foosball table. A balcony offers picturesque views of the beach, the golf course, and the pool area. Three more bedrooms are also located on the first floor.
The 13 x 5 meter pool is heated to a comfortable 29 degrees Celsius and fully enclosed by fencing to ensure children's safety. Next to the pool is our handcrafted driftwood bar with a sink and refrigerator. The bar terrace invites you to relax on large sun loungers and also features a spacious gas grill. Here you will also find a large garden picnic table and a ping-pong table.
Each room has its own private bathroom. The ideal location allows you to easily reach all the amenities of Moliets – be it the beach, the golf course, shops, or restaurants – on foot. Our villa is not only perfect for families with children but also offers an ideal space for seminars, (yoga) retreats, and workshops. We can accommodate three families and also provide toys, games, and bicycles. The villa is available year-round and has fiber optic internet for reliable connectivity.
