This beautiful house has a swimming pool, approximately 160 m² of living space, and is comfortably furnished. The spacious living room features an open fireplace, a large corner sofa, a TV with DVD player, a stereo system, and a dining area. Free Wi-Fi and a second TV with a Nintendo Wii are also provided.
The open-plan kitchen includes a four-burner ceramic cooktop with an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an additional refrigerator/freezer.
Two of the four bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. One bedroom contains a single bed and a double bed (140 cm wide) with a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom has a double bed (140 cm wide) and a single bed on a mezzanine. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a sink and bathtub. There is also a separate toilet.

... Upstairs, there is a lovely 40 m² bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed, an open fireplace, a sofa and two armchairs, a fan, and a balcony overlooking the garden and the woods. The second bedroom has a 120 cm wide bed. Both bedrooms have access to the walk-in closet and the second bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and a second toilet.
The terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, is perfect for al fresco dining. The 600 m² garden has a hot water shower and, with its swing and slide, is ideal for children to play in. The 7.50 m x 3.50 m swimming pool offers a refreshing dip on hot days. Sun loungers are also provided.
The house includes a completely self-contained apartment in the basement, which is rented separately. It has a separate entrance and offers complete privacy from the main house and garden. Parking is available for two cars in front of the house.
The distance to the wide dune beach of Les Océanides is approximately 2.8 km, and to the town center approximately 1.5 km. The daily fish market, the casino, and the picturesque harbor are located approximately 3.3 km away.
