Experience an unforgettable holiday in Vieux-Boucau, in a quiet, detached holiday home just 500 meters from the wide, fine sandy beach of the Atlantic. This well-maintained house was partially renovated in 2014 and offers comfortable accommodation for 4 to 6 people – ideal for families or couples who want to combine a beach holiday with relaxation.

Living and Dining Area

The bright, renovated living and dining room is comfortably furnished and features a fireplace for romantic evenings. It also includes a comfortable leather sofa and armchairs, a modern flat-screen TV, a small desk for laptops or writing, free Wi-Fi, and a safe for your valuables.

Bedrooms

The holiday home offers two bedrooms with new laminate flooring. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and new mattresses. One bedroom also has a bunk bed – ideal for children. Bed linen is provided free of charge. A cot, highchair, and stroller can be provided upon request.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop and electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. There is also a small dining area.

Bathroom

Renovated in 2017, the bathroom features a shower and sink. A separate toilet is available for added convenience.

Terrace & Outdoor Area

The covered terrace is ideal for al fresco dining. A barbecue is provided for pleasant summer evenings.
Two mountain bikes and a children's bicycle are available free of charge.

Location & Surroundings

The Atlantic beach with a lifeguarded swimming area and surf school is only about 500 meters away.

The charming town center of Vieux-Boucau is only about 750 meters away. There you will find a pedestrian zone with cafes, restaurants, shops, mini-golf, and bicycle rentals.

The saltwater lake with shallow sandy beaches and boat and SUP rentals is only about 900 meters away – ideal when the surf is high.
