Holiday apartment SP3

The well-maintained holiday apartment SP3 is located on the fourth and top floor (no elevator) of an apartment building in a quiet location directly on the beach of Seignosse-le-Penon.

The apartment, with approximately 40 m² of living space, is well-maintained and functionally furnished. The attractive living and dining room consists of a dining table with chairs, a sofa, a chest of drawers, and a television. From here, you have access to the spacious balcony with a lovely view of the surrounding greenery and the dunes.

The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, and a coffee maker. A washing machine is also provided.

There is one bedroom with a large double bed (140 cm wide), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a reading lamp. There is also another large double bed on the mezzanine (open to the living room).

The bathroom was renovated in 2016. It features a sink, a large, walk-in shower, and a toilet.
The 14 m² balcony faces southwest. With a retractable awning and garden furniture, it's perfect for al fresco dining.
A supermarket, a laundromat, the weekly market, and the Seignosse-le-Penon water park are all about 500 meters away.
