This well-maintained, detached holiday home (built in 2010) with a lovely garden is situated on a fully fenced plot of approximately 500 m² in a quiet residential area of Ondres, a small village between Hossegor and Biarritz, just 3.5 km from the Atlantic coast.

The single-story holiday home L29 offers approximately 120 m² of living space and is furnished in a modern style. The spacious living room features a large leather sofa, an armchair, a large modern flat-screen TV with German channels, and a dining table that seats up to six people. Wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is available.

The modern, open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, and a convenient breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided.

The south-facing terrace is partially covered and furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue.

There are three lovely bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed and a clothes rack. The second bedroom has a 140 cm wide bed and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a children's room with a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, two sinks, and a towel warmer. There are two separate toilets. Bed linen is provided. A cot and highchair are also available free of charge upon request.

Parking is available on the fully fenced property. The quiet garden with a slide is ideal for children to play in.
Holiday home L29 can accommodate up to 5 people. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
