Holiday apartment with 1 bedroom
The holiday home consists of one apartment on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Each apartment has a total of four beds, plus the option of an extra bed and a cot. Each apartment can be rented separately.
High chairs are available. Both apartments are approximately 63 square meters and fully equipped. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a combined living/dining room with an integrated kitchen.
The living/dining area features a large flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and board games. Both apartments have showers and underfloor heating. The upper floor apartment also has a bathtub. The plank-style flooring throughout creates a cozy and warm atmosphere.
Dogs are allowed for an additional fee.
A washing machine is available for use in the shared utility room. The kitchens are equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
Each apartment has its own parking space. A small garden shed for storing bicycles is also available.
Two bicycles are available for shared use at the house, one women's and one men's. (Note: The bicycles are provided free of charge, as we cannot always guarantee their functionality. Therefore, the bicycles are not part of the rental agreement. They're simply there. :-)).
