Holiday home in Missen with swimming pool
Our holiday home, a semi-detached house, is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The location is secluded, without fences or barriers, yet centrally located, making it easy to reach popular destinations in all directions. It's the ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the sunny Allgäu region. Built on a hillside, our house accommodates up to 6 people (6 beds). The living area on the lower level features a cozy dining nook (corner bench) in traditional Allgäu style, a small sofa, a wood-burning stove, and access to the beautiful south-facing terrace and garden. The living/dining room is equipped with cable TV including radio, internet access, and a cozy wood-burning stove. The kitchen has a ceramic hob/oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Naturally, all necessary dishes and various electrical appliances such as a kettle, egg cooker, and toaster are provided. In addition to the living/dining room, there is a WC with a shower cubicle on the lower level.
Two bedrooms with double beds and spacious wardrobes, as well as a bright bathroom with a WC, bathtub, and sink, are located on the ground floor. A hairdryer and magnifying mirror are provided in the bathroom. Two additional beds are located in the converted attic, accessible via a space-saving staircase, making it only partially suitable for children under 5 years old. A ski storage room is available in front of the house. Parking is available directly at the house. Spread over three floors, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
