Located an 11-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Alcudia and Playa de Muro, and just 12 minutes from Pollensa's old town, this is undoubtedly a unique opportunity to enjoy a spacious villa with family and friends.
Upon entering the house, you'll find a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. On either side of the pool are two separate houses, each with a distinct style. To the right is a modern-style house with beautiful and comfortable furnishings and bright colors. This house features a large double bedroom with high, beamed ceilings, decorated with contemporary paintings, and an en-suite bathroom. There is another double bedroom with two large single beds, also with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool.
At the far end of the house is a large, rustic Mallorcan-style kitchen with high ceilings, built of natural stone, where you can prepare exquisite culinary creations. There is a large wooden dining table and a living room open to the kitchen, furnished with comfortable armchairs for watching a movie or playing board games together. The kitchen and dining area features large windows that open fully, providing direct access to the pool and terrace. Adjacent to the kitchen is another bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning, available for use at any time of day or night for your comfort. Unlimited free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
On the other side of the pool stands a historic house dating back to 1900. It still retains a typical period archway and a well that was once a horse trough.
This house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower and a spacious living room with sofas, perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a glass of local wine.
A barbecue is available on the terrace, along with a ping-pong table for games and fun, while others take a dip in the pool, chat, or soak up the sun.
