The terrace offers a magnificent view of Cipressa, the sea, and our unique Saracen pirate tower. The studio apartment has a total area of 25 m², divided into a comfortable living/sleeping area, a kitchenette with a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and washing machine.
On the spacious terrace, adorned with two large fan palms, the sunken whirlpool (2.2 x 2.2 m) invites you to relax in the summer. The terrace is furnished with high-quality patio furniture and sun loungers, as well as a stainless steel barbecue grill.
