The 40 sq m heated swimming pool beckons you as soon as you enter the grounds. There are two covered terraces with a table and chairs, perfect for a relaxing break after a day of activities. One of them features a large barbecue where you can prepare a delicious meal. In addition, you'll enjoy the basement with its pool table and foosball table. Four bicycles are available for your use free of charge.
Three parking spaces are available on the property.
On the ground floor of this 280 sq m (2,000 sq ft) villa, which features air conditioning and underfloor heating, you'll find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for eight, a sitting area with two sofa beds, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate WC, and, for relaxation, a room with a hydromassage bathtub that can be opened on two sides via glass walls. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a terrace offering panoramic views.
