The 330 sq m of living space is spread over four floors, and there are 160 sq m of terraces, all featuring high-quality solid wood floors and wood-paneled walls for a sophisticated, alpine ambiance. Parking is available for five cars, four of which are covered. An EV Type 2 charger is available (for a fee). The ski storage room includes a bench, ski boot dryer, racks for skis and snowboards, a wardrobe for ski equipment, and a helmet compartment. In summer, it can be used as a lockable bicycle station with a charging rack for e-bikes and ample power outlets.
