The house is tastefully furnished. The pool area features a large wooden terrace (new in 2021) and an infinity pool (11 x 3 m), offering a truly exceptional experience with views over the Bay of Roses, the national park, and the mountains.
The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and an adjoining utility room (including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer), as well as the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The large terrace on this floor is perfect for dining and relaxing. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor. The open fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler evenings during the shoulder seasons.
On the lower level, there are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to and views of the pool area.
In addition, this level houses the entertainment room with a large television and Wii game console (with a sofa bed), as well as two further rooms.
