Holiday home in Sassnitz with swimming pool
Our modernly furnished holiday home has a total area of approximately 65 m² spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, it features a living and dining area with an integrated fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a small hallway.
In the living room, a corner sofa bed, a smart TV, and a radio invite you to relax. A dining table for four completes the space. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
From the living room, a large French door leads to the south-facing terrace, which is approximately 20 m² in size. From here, you have an unobstructed view to the south of a park-like setting and the surrounding forest, and can relax and unwind after an eventful day of vacation activities.
Upstairs, there is a living room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) for two people, a smart TV, DVD player, radio, and a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), two single mattresses (80x200 cm), and a wardrobe. Wi-Fi is free.
There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
At the rear of the property, in our small garden shed, you will find bicycles, a charcoal grill, a parasol, sun loungers, and patio furniture for four people.
The garden is fully fenced.
Towels and bed linens are not provided and must be brought by guests.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Arrival and departure are preferably on Saturdays (or by arrangement).
During peak season, the house can only be rented by the week.
Outside of peak season, a minimum stay of four days is required.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are allowed upon request.
