A special, charming highlight! Accessible by a ladder, it offers a cozy additional sleeping option.

Bathroom: A small, functional bathroom with a shower is at your disposal.

Kitchen and dining area

Rustic kitchenette: Compact, but perfectly formed! Equipped with a refrigerator including a freezer compartment and all the utensils you need for a comfortable short stay.

Garden, Terraces, and Parking:

The guesthouse sits on a fully fenced 490-square-meter property with a lovely garden. Two terraces—one of which is comfortably covered—offer the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air at any time of day.

Your arrival will be completely stress-free: A private parking space is available directly in front of the property.

The property is located only about 50 meters
from the water.

Between the property and the shore are only a road and a fishing club. You'll be staying in close proximity to nature and the water.
