Description
Holiday home in Großenbrode with terrace
Our houseboat on the sea...
The gentle lapping of the water, the wind in the masts, a light breeze, and a breathtaking view across the harbor to the Baltic Sea.
Since July 2017, the "Tordalk" (built in 2017) has been permanently moored in the Großenbrode Marina.
Therefore, no boating license is required for our guests.
Individually and very personally furnished, yet modern, the houseboat offers ample space for four people.
The light-flooded and open-plan living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows leaves little to be desired.
An integrated, very well-equipped kitchenette with a gas stove and microwave, a dining area right by the water, and an open and cozy living area with views of the boats. The illuminated floor window is, of course, the highlight in the evening.
On cooler days, infrared heating in all rooms provides comfortable warmth.
From the approximately 30 sq m roof terrace with beach chair and sun loungers, you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay.
Or enjoy your time on the mostly sheltered lower terrace with its cozy corner.
The boat has two separate, enclosed, and comfortable bedrooms. One has a double bed (200x140 cm)
and the other has two single beds (200x90 cm), one of which is a bunk bed with a ladder and safety rail.
Both rooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes and windows with fly/mosquito screens and blackout blinds.
The view over the harbor is, of course, included!
The bathroom has a toilet, shower, towel warmer, and sink.
There is storage space for shoes and jackets in the entrance area.
We look forward to making your holiday on our Tordalk unforgettable!
