In addition, a sofa on the villa's gallery offers sleeping accommodation for two additional guests. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace for lovers of cool winter days, complemented by a dining room with eight seats.
The spacious kitchen and a charming tavern, reminiscent of traditional Dalmatian style, are ideal for preparing delicious local dishes and enjoying fine wines and spirits. The tavern opens onto the courtyard and houses a 48-square-meter pool, which offers year-round enjoyment and is heated on cooler days, accompanied by a glass of fine wine. Surrounded by stone walls and an 80-centimeter hedge, the villa also has three private parking spaces in the courtyard, with an additional three available outdoors if needed.
