A very comfortable holiday home spread over two floors. The ground floor features a very large (approx. 50 sq m) living and dining area with an open fireplace and TV corner. The kitchen is very well-equipped (including a dishwasher). Also on this level are two bedrooms, a large bathroom (shower, toilet, two sinks, washing machine), and a separate guest toilet. A large gallery with a second TV leads to the upper floor, which offers two further bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The beautiful, large balcony and the spacious garden with its magnificent view of Lake Maggiore invite you to relax outdoors. The generous layout provides accommodation for up to 8 people. Parking for two cars is available in the driveway in front of the house. There is level access (one step) to the house. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request. The house is located directly on the edge of the forest. Only one small holiday home is located to the left of ours, approximately 50 meters away. Two more houses are located to the left of the house, at distances of 100 and 200 meters respectively. The house is situated 120 meters above Lake Maggiore. The lake, with its beautiful beach, is approximately 3 kilometers away. The area is officially classified as a high-alpine region. Mountain hikes and bike tours, including climbing routes, are possible directly from the house.
