Its layout consists of a ground floor and an upper floor with a modern, well-equipped kitchen for preparing family meals, as well as an inviting living room furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, and TV. The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests. The ground floor features a practical bathroom with a shower cabin, while a terrace with seating provides the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee. Ascending to the upper level, you'll discover another living and dining area, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds (90 x 200) that can be converted into a double bed. Outside, a charming terrace beckons with a refreshing 32-square-meter pool, which reaches a depth of 1.5 meters. Eight sun loungers provide ample space for relaxing in the sun, complemented by an outdoor barbecue with gas, coal, or wood-fired cooking options. Nearby, there's a covered dining area for eight people, ideal for enjoying grilled specialties. Other amenities include a washing machine, an iron, and a separate toilet. The villa's fenced courtyard offers three private parking spaces, and two more are available outdoors.
