Enjoy watching the sunrise over the Karwendel Mountains or the dawn over the Wetterstein Mountains while having breakfast. The eat-in kitchen and one bedroom offer direct access to the south-facing terrace and garden. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a modern kitchenette, a dining area with a bench, and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample dishes, a digital radio, and a flat-screen TV. The bright bathroom has underfloor heating, a towel warmer, and a walk-in shower. Terrace furniture is available during the summer months. We offer plenty of parking on our property, as well as secure storage for bicycles, motorcycles, or skis in our lockable garage.
