The apartment features tiled floors throughout. The spacious Black Forest-style living room is exceptional, boasting attractive interior design and marble flooring. From the panoramic window and large patio doors, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery and the Black Forest.
The fenced garden with two terraces (partially covered) belongs to the apartment and offers both sunny and shady spots. Lounge chairs and wooden benches are provided.
The apartment includes a living and dining room with sofas, a bedroom, a kitchen with a serving hatch, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Central heating provides warmth.
Private parking is available directly in front of the house.
