Spend your holiday in the completely renovated holiday home "Haus Sandra," located on the outskirts of Prien in a small holiday home complex. Just a 5-minute walk to the lake and 2.5 km from the center of Prien, it's an ideal base for all kinds of activities.

At the heart of this small, beautifully designed house is the bright and open living area. Here you can cozy up on the sofa in front of the crackling fireplace – especially during the colder months. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is directly connected to the living area. A particular highlight is the large conservatory, a perfect place to relax and unwind. From there, you can access the small, secluded garden, promising many enjoyable hours. Another retreat is the small, open-plan living area with a sofa and television in the entrance hall, which can also be separated by sliding doors. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway, and a modern bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower with a rain shower head, and a toilet. A staircase leads from the living area to the sleeping area in the attic, which is also furnished with a double bed – however, due to the sloping ceilings, standing upright is not possible here.

A linen package is provided free of charge for your stay and includes bed linen, two dish towels, one bath mat, and one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
No traffic noise disturbs the peace here, as the holiday complex's parking lot is approximately 30 meters from the house. You can park your car on the unnumbered shoulder of the cul-de-sac. We would like to emphasize the unique location of the property: quiet, just a few minutes' walk from the lido on Lake Chiemsee, and close to a hospital. A separate building within the holiday complex offers coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
This is a non-smoking property. One dog is welcome for an additional fee of €15 per night. Please note that the property is not fenced and dogs must be kept on a leash in the outdoor areas.
