Find your perfect holiday in this modern, Mediterranean-style penthouse apartment located in the El Paraiso complex.
Our lovingly renovated holiday apartment, "Can Suerte," is 85 square meters and features two bedrooms, each with a built-in wardrobe, two bathrooms (one small bathroom with a shower, and one en suite bathroom with a bathtub), and a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with fantastic new SMEG appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The tastefully furnished living area with a TV and access to the balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The beds have also been newly fitted with high-quality mattresses.
In summer, the apartment can be cooled to your desired temperature using the air conditioning. For the winter months, the apartment has infrared heating panels that provide pleasant warmth (heating can also be achieved via the air conditioning).
A spiral staircase leads to the apartment's centerpiece. The 30 sq m terrace on the west side is furnished with a dining table and six chairs, as well as a new Napoleon gas grill and a gas stove. Enjoy your barbecue evening with a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery and admire the sunset!
On the other side of the terrace is the lounge, where you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and a beautiful panoramic view stretching to Es Trenc and the island of Cabrera.
Sun loungers are also available.
A beautiful, spacious communal pool, including a children's pool, is available for shared use!
At the Xivi restaurant, located right next to the complex, you can enjoy delicious meals for lunch and dinner, or simply have a drink.
A 5% early booking discount is available for bookings made at least three months in advance.
