Houseboat Yara at jetty 1D

On just under 35 square meters, you'll find a cleverly designed layout with two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen/living area, and unobstructed views of the anchored sailboats. The fine sandy beach, the inland lake, and one of the many excellent restaurants nestled between the old town and the marina are all just a few minutes' walk away. Thanks to the kitchenette and gas stove, you can also relax and unwind on the approximately 50-square-meter rooftop terrace in the evening.

Since we use our houseboat ourselves and have furnished it with great attention to detail, we look forward to welcoming guests who appreciate our "home" as much as we do.

The living space:

The houseboat offers various sleeping arrangements, making it suitable for families, couples traveling together, or even a multi-generational vacation (with grandparents paying for it!). A small shower room and a separate guest toilet ensure privacy and a pleasant start to the day. There's a cozy dining and living area with an open-plan kitchenette equipped with a gas stove and microwave. A covered terrace seamlessly extends from the stern. You can barbecue directly opposite the dock at the public barbecue area in the harbor.

The abundance of plants and the wooden walls not only create a beautifully inviting atmosphere but also a particularly pleasant indoor climate. As a special highlight, you'll find a beach chair and a seating area on the spacious roof terrace, perfect for relaxing as the sun sets over the Baltic Sea in the evening.

In our opinion, it's the perfect place for 2-5 people to spend a few quiet and relaxing days, weeks, or months. On cool nights, you can simply switch on the infrared heating in the rooms as needed. Thanks to the sheltered location in the harbor and the houseboat's excellent climate control, this is only necessary in late autumn.

Whether you want to enjoy a relaxed breakfast with the whole family at a large outdoor table or unwind as a couple in a beach chair on the rooftop terrace with a glass of wine, you can decide anew each day.
