On the ground floor, you'll find the living/dining room with a flat-screen TV. A new kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A new, bright bathroom with a large, walk-in shower. An entrance area with a wardrobe and stairs to the bedrooms. A south-facing sun terrace with lounge furniture. Additional seating and a sun lounger in the back garden. The garden offers a high degree of privacy with bushes and trees, secured at the rear by a picket fence.
Upstairs, there are three charming bedrooms, some with water views. Bathroom with natural light and shower.
Large double bedroom with armchairs, wardrobe, and exercise bike. One bedroom with a double bed (one continuous mattress) and a single bed. Plus a single bedroom.
A manual rowing machine is located in the garden shed.
