Description
Well located cottage close to Hou, marina, beach and with short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The cottage, which has been continuously renovated, has three bedrooms and an open kitchen / living room with good dining area and access to a nice covered terrace to the west with garden furniture and barbecue. In the kitchen you will find i.a. combined oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher. Furthermore, from the east-facing terrace there is a view of the water and the child-friendly sandy beach, which is located within 200 meters. There is a carport, swing and sandpit on the plot. Not for rent to youth groups.

Great location almost directly behind the dunes, / It takes an hour to drive to Skagen, and half an hour to get to wonderful Aalborg,
The house is very comfortably furnished and well maintained and has everything you need. The proximity to the great beach is perfect. The harbor and shops are in the immediate vicinity. There are beautiful terraces and a nice lounge area all around the house. Despite the location on the road to the harbor, it is very quiet and not very busy.
