Description
Surrounded by greenery and with a garden fenced with a traditional fence, this croft from the 1870s with most of its old charm is preserved. The croft, which consists of two floors, has a hall on the lower level, a spacious living room with both a dining table and a sofa group, the beautiful tiled stove is an excellent mood enhancer on a cool evening. The kitchen is of a simpler standard, but you have everything you need to both prepare your meals and store as well as a good dining area. Extra cosiness factor and heat source is the old cast iron stove that is preserved in the kitchen. Bathroom with shower and toilet and a washing machine are on the lower floor. Upstairs is the house's bedroom. One of the rooms is a combined bedroom and living room with a single bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Inside is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage in closets. A patio with garden furniture and barbecue is located around the house knot and invites to cozy meals outdoors. As the croft is from the end of the 19th century, the ceiling height is low indoors, in some places it is a maximum of 1.85 m - 1.90 m. At a convenient cycling distance is Lake Stråken, where the rowing boat is located. Bicycles can be borrowed on site and also children's bicycles up to about 8 years. At Stråken, there are several opportunities for swimming at various natural baths. You can reach Lammhult in just under 10 minutes and here you will find most things in terms of shopping and also a temperate very popular outdoor swimming pool.

A big shortcoming was that there was no wifi, and that it was not clearly stated in the description of the house, Today wifi is so important that you should write explicitly if there is no wifi, You simply expect that there Your wifi is just as you would expect, that there is running water, But otherwise everything else was good,
We loved how close we were to nature, De Husby Klitplantage was een korte rit verwijderd en perfect om te wandelen, De kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt in de grote tuin,
While the drive up to the cabin was a bit steep, the views made it worth it, The peacefulness of the area was a pleasant surprise, and we loved the quiet walks around the cottage,

De charme van de 1870s croft viel echt op, vooral de gezellige tegelkachel die warmte toevoegde aan onze avonden, De keuken was eenvoudig maar had alle essentials voor het koken, en we genoten van veel maaltijden op het mooie patio omringd door groen, Het nabijgelegen Meer Stråken was perfect om te zwemmen en zelfs vissen, wat mijn man erg leuk vond, Het was een vredige retraite, niet ver van de lokale winkels in Lammhult, Sterk aanbevolen voor gezinnen die willen ontspannen!
