Well maintained cottage located on 600 m & # 178; dune plot with trees. The house contains a living room with dining area, TV with German channels and stereo with CD player. Furthermore, wood stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. Open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, etc. There are 2 good bedrooms; one with double bed, the other with a double bed and a bunk. In the bathroom of the house there is comfortable underfloor heating, and here you will also find a washer and dryer. Cozy patio with garden furniture. The house is located in a good cottage area with many trees and with good opportunities to find shelter.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
