If the weather shows its harsh side, you can retreat into the closed/covered garden room (unheated). Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
