Well-kept cottage centrally located on a partially enclosed plot at the end of a cul-de-sac, just behind Marielyst center and close to water, shopping, shopping m.m. The cottage contains two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is i.a. equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to the conservatory. The cottage is equipped with i.a. air / air heat pump, free wireless internet, radio and CD player. The house was built in 1984 and underwent a partial renovation in 2014. For the little ones there is a high chair and cot. The cottage is located on a 500 m & # 178; large garden plot with 20 m & # 178; open terrace area. There is a swing and sandbox. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
