The 82 m² house, built in 2005, is nestled on a 1,110 m² natural plot, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything you need. Ebeltoft beach is just 8 km away, and the closest grocery/deli is only 3 km from the property. The summerhouse features an energy-saving air-to-heat/aircon pump, ensuring comfort year-round. It also comes with a 2-in-1 washing machine/tumble dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, stove, rangehood, and dishwasher. The bathroom is fitted with underfloor heating and includes a shower and toilet. For the little ones, the house provides a high chair and a cot, making it ideal for families. Outside, there’s a large, undisturbed open terrace/patio area with views of the field and forest, offering a great spot to enjoy the beautiful weather and share meals as a family. You might even spot a few deer nearby saying hello! The summerhouse is located in a very private setting, but still close to other summerhouses in the Fuglslev area, which is centrally located in Djursland. It’s just a short 10-minute drive to Ebeltoft town. The area is full of attractions for the whole family, including Djurs Sommerland, Randers Regnskab, Kattegatcenteret, Ree Park Safari, and the Scandinavian Animal Park.
