This penthouse holiday flat is situated in a waterfront villa built directly on the water’s edge on the harbour front of Marina Wendtorf. From the spacious roof terrace, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the marina. The comfortably furnished flat features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to the roof terrace. As well as a hob, the kitchen is equipped with an additional wok hob. One bedroom features a double bed and a flat-screen TV, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. The double sofa bed in the living room provides two further sleeping places. The modern bathroom is fitted with underfloor heating and a rain shower with a steam bath function. A TV with a Blu-ray player, a soundbar with Bluetooth and a bioethanol fireplace provide entertainment and ensure cosy evenings. The penthouse flat is easily accessible by lift. The flat comes with a car parking space. As several flats of the same design are available, the furnishings may vary; the images shown are for illustrative purposes only. Playgrounds are available on the promenade. The laundry centre is open daily from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.
