Experience sleeping comfort like in a luxury hotel; a box spring bed guarantees restful sleep. Another highlight of the bed is its comfortable bed height and the electrically adjustable head and footboard.

In the second bedroom, a cozy single bed and a lovely reading nook offer a great place to retreat.

The apartment is designed for 2 to 3 small or large guests and a baby and is fully equipped with high-quality tiles and underfloor heating in all rooms. All windows have electric shutters. A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower completes the feel-good concept.

Especially important was the light-filled design. A large sunny terrace with comfortable garden furniture, a parasol, and a deckchair invites you to relax. And there's also a large beach chair on our sun terrace!

The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail.

A parking space and an outdoor storage room are also included. As this is an allergy-friendly vacation rental, pets and smoking are not allowed. The garden is fully fenced and has its own storage room, for example, for bicycles.

By the Sea is located in a cul-de-sac and has a large south-facing garden. The beach and OceanWave, the spa gardens, and the seal sanctuary are just a few minutes' walk away via the beach paddock.
