Small but perfectly formed, the one-room apartment "ChiemseeTraum" is located on the first floor. The cleverly and modernly designed living, dining, and sleeping area offers everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation. You're sure to spend many pleasant hours on the spacious east-facing balcony with its views of the stream and mountains. Feel free to get cooking in the open-plan kitchen, which also features a small oven and a two-burner cooktop. The apartment is completed by a hallway with a wardrobe and closet, as well as a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

A highlight of the multi-family building is the spacious indoor swimming pool (approx. 12 x 7 meters) in the common area, which you can use free of charge. So you're not dependent on the weather! Sauna use is available for a fee.

A linen package (bed linen, towels (one regular and one bath towel per person), bath mat, and tea towels) is provided free of charge for stays of four nights or more. Free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment includes a parking space, and up to two bicycles can be stored in the bicycle storage room. The shared laundry room is located in the basement, where you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee of €3. This is a non-smoking apartment. Although the apartment is on the first floor, you will need to climb two flights of stairs, as the entrance to the building is in the basement.
