Nowhere is the Cinque Terre more beautiful; from this vantage point, you can truly appreciate this stunning landscape.
Volastra belongs to the village of Manarola, which is arguably the most beautiful of the five Cinque Terre villages (or so the experts say).
Manarola is also ideal for swimming in the sea, as the crystal-clear waters of the "natural pool" are very inviting. Manarola boasts excellent restaurants (Da Billy, Marina Piccola, etc.) where you can enjoy a romantic lunch or dinner. For those newly (or long-time) in love, there's the Via dell'Amore, the coastal path that leads from Manarola to Riomaggiore. There, perched on the cliffs, you can enjoy an aperitif or a meal with spectacular views at the Bar dell'Amore. Very romantic and simply beautiful!
