Holiday apartment with 3 bedrooms

I'm just popping to the beach! Located directly behind the dunes on the west beach in the sunny south of Sylt, between Cape Horn and Zanzibar, our bright and welcoming 3-room apartment offers beautiful panoramic views, including the Hörnum lighthouse, on a quiet side street.
The maisonette apartment, approximately 100 square meters in size, is designed for 4 to 6 people. The private garden area provides a sheltered, secluded outdoor seating area for relaxing get-togethers and enjoying a sundowner.
The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a coffee table, two comfortable armchairs, three sideboards, a high-quality flat-screen TV, internet radio, and a spacious dining area. On the same level, you'll find a shower room/toilet and a fully equipped, compact but well-appointed kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired.

Upstairs, you'll find a large, modern, bright bathroom with a shower and toilet, underfloor heating, and two light-filled bedrooms: the larger one with a double bed, a comfortable sitting area, and a small workspace for reading and writing; the smaller one with two single beds that can be pushed together. Both rooms offer ample storage space thanks to custom-made built-in wardrobes, and two flat-screen TVs provide entertainment. A baby cot is available and can be easily arranged.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The grey vinyl flooring makes the apartment allergy-friendly. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are available upon request. Ample parking is available in front of and behind the building. Are you at the beach and missing your favorite rubber duck?
